Im also starting to study law next year.

In addition Ill be able to go home and sleep in 2.5 hours.

I'm excited about kickstarting the weekend with a self-destructive coke binge that will most likely end up in a mixture of heart palpitations, crawling on the floor making grunting noises, and a familiar red substance trickling out of my nostrils onto the carpet. Drip. Drip. :D

Well, if that's all you can get excited about, lets hope you're not here after the weekend.  :'( :'(
Thank you and Goodnight.

I like coke as well. Unfortunately it's very bad for your teeth ::)

Yes, but i think you could always take diet "coke".

"Mauls" coke just makes you look like you've been on a diet.
Thank you and Goodnight.

Well I just missed a call from a friend...  None of my friends can afford to be coke addicts, but I'll bet they want to binge on beer and rum.

I also have plans to move on from my current carreer, but unfortunate for me, it appears that I wont be able to make such a change till Dec of 2011. Unless of coarse I could win a lottery or find some not so smart person who would like to loan me around $50,000 USD without a payment for a couple years. Yeah,  it doesn't appear that will happen anytime soon.. So for now I will just smile as I uncork a new bottle of wine I made in the spring of 2004. MMMMM

As the world grows gloomier and more depressing  - housing markets, etc. etc. - i take joy and elation that God will soon bring fairness to the entire planet through Jesus Christ's second coming.  That many can prepare the way for him -much like the little children did during his first entry into jerusalem.  They spread whatever they had in his path for him to walk on.  Tree branches, whatever.  He was riding a donkey and nothing special (no limo for him) the first time.  The second time He is coming in Glory and every eye will see Him.  Mighty and powerful.  His true and apparent place in the Kingdom as King.  He does not make pretense and accepts whatever situation HIGH OR LOW - that anyone lives within.  He does not exact tribute that one is not able to give - and His only requirement is a sacrifice of the heart.  To give one's heart and being to a peaceful world and existence for everyone on the planet.

It is said, in Handel's messiah - that every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain made a plain.  that, to me - indicates a huge turn in the way the world operates.  The poor will be given much and the rich will have to turn again and realize their place and value is with Jesus Christ.  That is of course, my personal reason for being excited when things look very gloomy.

Hay can't you see it's hard for them not to be excited because they have been repeatedly told from the birth by their parents that
"Heaven is right there waiting for you and all you have to do is die"

Ain't it grand.

Of course their religion denies their possibility of committing a suicide because that would be cheating wouldn't it. After all they have to live as long as they possibly can so they can annoy other people and make their lives as miserable possible if they don't believe in some ghosts floating around eternally in the sky along with the spirits of countless other stupid people who have actually believed in this crap in the past 2000 years or so.

But anyways, what other people believe is not our concern but it would be welcome if they would not promote their religion all the time.

Does she really believe Jesus is coming back?

After all of these years of skimming over her ramblings, it's amazing what can grab your attention again.

Sure, I can get excited about silly things - but now it's more a joke situation because I truly see the value of keeping oneself within a certain moderation.  For insance, just joking with  my daughter last night - as we returned from her going to the mall with a friend and we were behind a red truck that had a license plate of SUB CAPT.  I said - 'woah - sexy.'  She laughed.  We joked about the other possibilities of what it might mean.  But, not before I really did think about what it must take for someone to be a captain of a sub.

btw, I think that it's great to be excited about things - but I'm just expressing how I used to be and how I think and feel now.  Perhaps I'm losing my 'edge' on excitability.  It probably takes a lot more now.  Somehow a bookstore is more my style now.  You know, sit and read.

I think the world situation lends itself to serious contemplation.  Yes.  I do believe Jesus Christ is coming back soon.

Caused by pain meds?  Did you forget to eat/drink something with them - or is it completely unrelated to eating with the medicine?  Hope that the pain is gone, too.  You didn't take the pain medicine for the ulcer did you?  It would be a vicious cycle.  *i think too much.
