I've considered having them filed down a bit, but that's permanent.
Where'd they put it? Sounds painful.
Sounds painful.
Ahh - dentists, poor sods, you've got to feel sorry for them. They try to help us out and we all hate 'em. Mine did a root-canal treatment on me and the anaesthetic didn't numb all the nerves, so he had to give me another quick jab right into the nerve. I'm lucky, I've got a high pain threshold, but I'd swear _he_ looked slightly green as he lined up the syringe.
Having your real teeth or an implant filed down?
Naaaaaahhh sounds like a tickle.
Anyone ever see Little shop of horrors?
Well, I managed I think to make it 20 years, maybe 21 or 22, between visits to the dentist and when I did get there I needed two extractions (one of a tooth that had long ago crumbled away - perhaps surprisingly, it never caused me any pain at all), a root canal treatment and a minor filling. Not too bad a total, I thought. Took about 3 visits to get the lot sorted out and, to his everlasting credit, the dentist didn't even offer the hint of a raised eyebrow at the length of time it had been since I last saw one of his colleagues.
Rather calming. I am asking myself if implants are really better than other substitutes
