Tis what happens when overly-sensitive bigots constantly whine about things. *let's all be nice* *let's not argue* *let's live in a completely linear world where everything confirms with our narrow view of reality*

*OMG I'm offended mommy please make it stop*

Tis what happens.

Bob have you checked the other side of the box for lettering?  It doesn't belong to Pandora does it?

It says....  (sounds out with euro accent) Frah-gee-lay.   Hmmmm.  Must be Italian.

Perhaps it's a bowling alley?

No, no.  It's a wooden box.  Oblong shape.  Packing crate with some straw packing material inside.  "FRAGILE" written on the side.

Reminds me of Christmas somehow...

Ps has gone eerily quiet id say.

Is it because everyone has decided less ps in the new year?

Will fade anyway like most new year resolutions.

I don't know, I used to post a few times a day but now there's really nothing that interests me.  Whether I've seen it all before, or have lost track, or the spark's gone, somethings missing.

where has the life of ps gone?

My humble opnion is that there is a dire shortage of humour round these parts. At times I would even say a serious drought. Everyone is rather conservative and a little bit on the stiff upper lip and boring side.

No offence hey( :

But I do a feel a verbal vasectomy of thoughts and soughts has taken place on this forum. there is little fun, no joking around. Mostly boring arguments with no conclusions. boohoo. RIP PS. I do miss the place it once was.

But that might only be the anything but piano section. I dont check the others often.

Hello, shortyshort, I'm fine thanks, I hope that you are also and I did indeed have a pleasant break in France, as I'm sure that some people will have had an equally pleasant break from my all too occasional typographical errors on pianostreet during that time...

What will you do with the empty shells?

Perhaps you could start building a grotto with them?

You'll need to find some more snails.

I work in an opera house with catacombs - well, pretty impressive cellars, anyway! It's great, our cellars go on for miles, mostly round in circles under the main auditorium, there are air raid shelters and all sorts of stuff down there. Every so often I go exploring, but I've yet to find an underground lake... we do have an opera-singing ghost though! It's a nightmare trying to take people on tours down there though, I'm tempted to take a ball of string with me, otherwise the odds of getting lost are fairly high...

But surely whether or not that might be a problem would depend upon the contents of the cellar, would it not? Never mind the ball of string; take a good corkscrew with you next time - and a nice glass - and then, when the tour is over...

Thankfully not... there used to be a bit of a mouse problem which was solved by the much-loved and sadly missed theatre moggy, which used to live in the manager's office and stalk the theatre at his whim... alas no longer, the moggy died and the mice were seen off by less picturesque methods.

We keep glasses down in the cellars... but a duster is a useful accessory as well as the corkscrew!
