They're not so much tempo signatures as characterizations (or, the latter to greater extent than the former...). From the list, I generally enjoy Allegros, preferrably tempestoso or con fuoco/brio; if I was to name a favorite outisde the choices presented, it would be sarcastico or inquieto.

love adagios, specially from many of the mozart´s and romantic piano concertos
