Haydn F minor Variations is a varied and beautiful work.

Probably worth initially sight reading through the sonatas and see what you discover.

Handel. Try the Keyboard Suites. Favorites of mine from the first volume are No 2, whch closes with a tuneful fugue, and No 5, whose closing variations are popularly known as "The Harmonious Blacksmith".
