some accords are very difficult to play

hi
I have problem in playing some accords.
for example in ;flight of the bumblebee;
the second accord is very difficult to play .
althuogh my fingers are not small but it is impossible to extend them so much.
how do you solve this problem?

Accord is in french. In english it's chord. You solve this problem by arpeggiating this chord : you begin by the bass, then play middle, then play top note one after the other very fast. Or you do hand extension exercises if your hand are stiff and need more suppleness.
