Books that haven't been properly proofread.Publishers who change the shape, size and design of a series of books halfway through the series. Why is it so hard to get leaf tea, and why are good teapots so much more expensive than good coffee pots? And why isn't there an equivalent of Starbucks for those of us who like good tea properly made and would like to be able to choose what sort of tea we drink when we're out and about? I'm on a bit of a tea-crusade at the moment after getting annoyed at a member of staff in a supermarket who looked at me as if I was mad when I asked for leaf tea... 'so you make a fresh pot every time you want tea?' Mass produced tea bags are the equivalent of instant coffee. They serve a purpose sometimes but they're not the way to make really good tea.
