The Wikipedia game
on: April 29, 2008, 08:04:00 AM
I propose a game which I hope will be fun.

You give someone a starting point article and an ending point article from Wikipedia.

That person then must navigate from one article to the other just by using hyperlinks within each article.

So I might challenge you to get from Bengal (cat) to Edward Elgar.  You would look up Bengal cat, then click on the United Kingdom hyperlink, then scroll down to music and click on the Edward Elgar link.

Of course that is a short and simple one.

Anyone want to play this game?

(you must make sure your path is possible before you challenge someone.  And it is good to give your link path when you solve each puzzle.)

HAH
nice! My own was 2 links longer.

For the freaks, a hard one: From 'solitaire' to 'sea of marmara'.

Guess its not actually hard, but at least a little bit more demanding.
