models with weighted keys below 450 Pounds?
on: May 01, 2008, 10:09:21 PM
Hi there, I am looking for a digital piano below 450 pounds, but with weighted (or graded, progressive as the companies call it differently) keys. It seems Yamaha is the undisbuted No.1 for digital piano, but I guess it may be concluded from the high-end pianos more than 1000 Pounds?
What are your knowledge and experiences on weighted piano models below 450 Pounds?
e.g.
Yamaha DGX520: 314 Pounds (only touch sensitive, not weighted)
Casio PX700 : 320 Pounds
Yamaha DGX620: 400 Pounds
Yamaha P70: 400 Pounds
Casio AP 45: 420 Pounds
Yamaha YDP131: 430 Pounds
Appreciate any suggestions!

When I saw the topic I thought you were refering to the actual weight of the keys hehe. Seemed a bit heavy. But never mind me, I dont know much about digitals. And to some users on this site digitals are probably refered to as some kind of abomination. You should try this page, it looks informative.
