MIDI as in the interface for musical instruments.  Many instruments other than keyboards are having MIDI added to them.

What would you MIDIfy?
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

The Wanamaker is pretty mental.

You could spend a lifetime messin around with the sounds.

I've been wanting to stick a midi pickup on my bass guitar for a loong time, most available aren't great though and the pitch/voltage conversion technology is really expensive.
