are there any emotions that classical music cant express as well as a pop style?

I don't really think so, except it might be harder for the general population to figure out the emotions in classical music due to the lack of words..or did you mean classical music in general, including opera/sung works? It might also be harder to put some cruder emotions/sentiments in classical music, since some things we think freely now may have been shunned in the classical era.

Pop music is cut to the chase in three minutes. Any song ever written in popular music has been covered more comprehensively and in a more artistic manner.
