How old are you?

I broke six in high school, but at age 55 the effort and pain involved in running an 8:30 mile is now significant.

About 20 minutes for me.  If I'm pushing myself.   8) ::)  22-25 if I don't.

But I can still run.  8)  How many adults do you see running?  I'm not in perfect shape, but I don't want to be worse.  I don't think I have much choice.  I'm guessing not everyone is actually capable of running, just with age and body shape.  Scary really.

I think that if there were enough pubs en-route,  :o

I could manage it in a couple of hours.  8)

Exercise is exercise.  Doesn't matter how long it takes.  It still counts.

i'm pretty sure that short intense workouts offer different results than long anti-intense workouts.

I am the ultimate suck at running distance.   :-[

I can sprint like a motha, but the other day, I tried running around my house a couple times and about passed out I swear to god. And I'm in good shape (145 lbs, learning liszt) etc... If you can run a fast mile, you may as well be playing a godowsky etude....

For exercise, about 7 mins.
