  One year , hmmm no major tranformation can take place in a year, five years on the other hand is enough with real dedication to see a transformation.

  I did work-out today, 1 hour and a half, I've decided to do some leight weight training on my legs because my upper body is starting to outgrow my lower body slightly. Since I have good leg flexibility as in I can do both side and front splites I've stayed away from pumbing my legs, but I really have to start doing that.

  Ammmm don't worry about having a couple of days off, we need that, use it to chill and even put on some weight.

   Ok I promise I will post some Yoga stuff, including me doing the splits, Photos. I will post either today or tomorrow.

That one is very easy, my yoga book has 250 postures, I can't do all of them obviously

  Yoga can be arousing as you put it. in-fact there is such a thing as Yoga for lovers. I recommend every-one to try yoga. When I have time I might post some yoga postures for beginners as-well, ones I think are safe and affective.
