Ah, Zen.

Fear.  Yes, it's that disgusting thing that keeps us from trying.  Laziness and procrastination are just words to discuss the real one lurking under our lack of motivation.

It's fear.  Face it and it gets smaller.

Just do it.

I skimmed. I like the "start small" concept. good for when you've got an overwhelming ton of things to accomplish.

I find that fear is a great motivator for me. Like, the upcoming inevitability of playing a bunch of pieces in front of a bunch of people is a natural motivator for me.
