thanks for your interest.
hotel : sheraton new yourk hotel & towers, 811 7th avenue 53nd street new york
restaurant : avenue restaurant
cuisine : american
breakfast was one of those typical (to me at least)hotel breakfast; self-service, several kinds of bread, cereals, fruit, etc
to choose from and baked potatos, sausages, fried eggs etc.
and the baked thing was placed not amoung breads but in line with eggs, potatos etc.(beside gravy)
and i wiki-ed filo dough but its not the one.
the thing was not at all crispy nor chewy. rather light, whitish, and errrrr "fragile"? "frail"?... imagine you make a snowball using least possible pressure. it felt something like that. (i just cant find the right adjective!!!! im not even sure if flaky is right word)
so general, thank you if you really would call the hotel and inquire for me

i really want to know........
oh, and i didnt know there were so many kind of cereals as well.......(and raisins, currant..... gold, purple etc)
