(That's me.)   Thalberg's a nice guy.  I envy his vast knowledge and his piano technique.

I also met jlh one time briefly at a conference.  He played at the competition for the WPPC.  He won the etude category (and others?).  That was an interesting competition.  Quite varied in the performances.
