Oh. It's the opening song from Nodame Cantabile. Tried animelyrics, still doesn't have a translation. I found this for you on youtube.

I like the Nodame live action, haven't watched the anime yet but it's just the same I guess. Yeah I recommend it.

I recommend watching the anime. The live-action misses too many details and a lot of wonderful music.

I try to search it on youtube, but many of them are no longer available... Any suggestions where I can watch the anime or live action..?

I watched the live action at mysoju.com but episode 5 is still broken. Watched that one on crunchyroll.
