Far too difficult for her at this stage. As a performance, correct if uninteresting. I didn't find any shape or phrasing, and the tempo was unexciting. Perhaps in a few more years, and after some more lessons. Good potential for a (10?) year old.

Amazing!  For a little girl she has incredible technique.  The piece is too difficult for her, and as a result she is having trouble doing any more than playing the notes.  But she has a start, and indeed, in a few years she will no doubt have a complete grasp of it.
