How can I change my password?
on: May 17, 2004, 08:18:07 AM
Once you've been assigned a password, how can one change their password to something they can remember while keeping their Username the same? Or do you have use the password assigned to you?

Also, how can I copy and paste someone's quote in a post that I am writing?

Thanks for your help?
S :)

You mean you've been using the randomly generated password ever since you registered?!  Well, you see right under the six tabs that say "Home Forum E-Mail Competitions Store About"  there are some smaller text links that show
Main Board>>Help>>Search>>Members>> Profile>>
and so on, click on profile and bang! right there are two boxes with asteriks where you can put your new password in.

Do you know UBB code?  It uses the brackets---> [  /] and words inside those brackets to do stuff like putting "b" in those brackets makes words bold.

Or you can just click the quote button, up above, the second icon on the right after the "list" icon.  I sure hope you know what I'm talking about.  Or just hover your mouse pointer over them and the function should pop up.

I have no idea what most of these actions do, though.  I'm just started to touch on these things.  I have no idea what the "tt" means for teletype.  We'll see how it comes out
