As Secretary, I'll be one of the default organizers.

Let the planning commence! ;D

organizers?  this isn't a wedding or anything.  just put your suits on.  although, i tend to be quite secretive.  do you mind (*hides behind 3 panel dressing wall)

actually, can we change this?  i'd like to arrange a bike tour.  they have one for ms that is 75 miles one-way to the jersey shore.  could we change this to 30 at the most?  can be anywhere in the intercontinental usa.

That is true.

i may as well sap this for all it's worth.  can i have a steinway timepiece, too?  do they have inbuilt metronomes?  say...is there anything i can do to help?  oh.  just relax?  ok.  (how come noone ever says that around here - exceptingthe 6 year-old who insists on helping me do everything).

you know - i read through some of the spa stuff and think that one might get kind of stressed at the spa - employees continually being replaced if they do not meet performance standards.  someone handing you a robe and asking you to 'make yourself comfortable,'  things being done before you know they are, teen employees accidentally shaving customers eyebrows, treatments being mistimed and tans ending up sunburns, facial masks mis-mixed (with hair products).  i've never trusted spas from the 'get go.'

for instance, just because a place plays classical music doesn't mean it's a safe place.  it could be a ploy.

Well I was on temporary leave and I think tds is floating about somewhere...LOL

ihatepop ~ We'll need to speak, as we never have. I am appointed temporary second-in-command and Spa Receptionist. I never knew you were Secretary.

tds ~ This poses a problem. As far as I know, in my country, Receptionist and Secretary do almost the same job.

Hmm...a party for Pianistimo. Why not celebrate it on a Religious Day? Perhaps...Christmas?

hi supervisor :). i am back. sorry i was very busy...how r u? how's the spa?

g.w.k, secretary is a higher position. principally, ihatepop has been your senior. nonetheless, as we all know, he has not done his job for a very long time, and therefore i would like to take this very opportunity to announce, in all fairness,  that spa is now seaching for a secretary who is willing to commit to do the job. this is to say that ihatepop is still most welcome to reapply, and also everyone else, including you, g.w.k.

G.W.K

there have been a couple of times in which i invited pianistimo to visit spa, but she simply rejected the invitation. apparently, she had her own unverified thoughts about our fun, relaxing, polite, most enjoyable spa.

so i thought i gave up trying. but hey if you think christmas day might do a difference, we should go ahead. ask her :)
