[later note: as you can see below, this arrangement is under copyright.  The composer is Serge Youshkevich.  The video wasn't available in youtube but it is now back.  It is also commercially available.  Look for Alexander Romanovsky, the pianist.  Truly splendid.]

Well, its not Reger, Kistler, Martucci or Katsaris, so i don't know.

Perhaps he did it himself.

I think it might be a transcription by Martucci.

Its not the Martucci, he ultises the lower half of the piano a lot more.
