Technical Exercises by Liszt
« on: October 25, 2002, 04:44:32 PM »
I have read that Liszt wrote "Twelve paperback volumes of technical exercises" which he supposedly went through every day! Does anyone know who publishes these?I am very interested in what Liszt's daily practice would've been like.

I ran across this information the other day, when I was looking for a Lizt etude for audition rep.

I shalll post it, when I find it.

Good luck, and yes it would be interesting to see how he made it through 12 books.   ;D

 See you later.
