Well, my bedroom has been my nemesis all my life

. Right now, it's better than it has been in the past (that's not saying a whole lot), but it's pretty bad right now still. There was a particular time in my life when my bedroom floor got so horrible I actually layed on my bed and cried because I had no idea how to clean it ... hee hee.
Right now, I could probably clean it in about half an hour if I really put my mind to it, but it looks worse than that, so I don't clean it, even though it's a goal everyday. Besides, once I clean it, it somehow just grows again, I don't get it

. Sometimes though, I will make the bed and put everything from the floor onto the top of the bed so I can have easy access to it for cleaning. But, I rarely get the job finished and end up having to move the heap back to the floor so I can sleep on the bed at night. Occasionally I have moved the heap from floor to bed back to floor each day for maybe a week or so, not ever getting anywhere with it. Over a year ago, maybe more, I hung a green plastic bag full of mismatched socks on the wall with a tack, and I got so used to it being there that I forgot it was there. I have not found the matches. Recently it dawned on me that I ought to do something with those socks. I won't actually describe what my floor has on it just now, I am just here to give you general ideas... pretty sure I saw a nickle the other day though. I suspect that if I clean it up, I will start sleeping better again.
