Shostakovich transcription

Anybody know if there's a transcription out there of Shostakovich Jazz Suite no 2? It'll be copyrighted if there is, of course, I'm just wondering if there is one available.

Only the waltz i think.

2 transcriptions, by Kula and Campo.

Kula published by Hans Sikorski
Campo by Le Chant Du Monde

Very recent, so both should still be in print.
