Louis Gruenberg's Jazz Masks op30a, they're jazz transcriptions of Chopin's Nocturne op9/2 and Waltz op64/2
and
Rorer etudes

Perhaps one of our American friends will post the Gruenberg, as this is still copyright in UK.

If you mean Rorem and not Rorer, i doubt if that is out of copyright anywhere.
