Plz help me

Hi i just have a question! i downloaded the song and i love it, but i believe the uploader doesnt correct the song's name and artist. so anyone can recognize the song plz tell me so i can find the music sheet for the song and complete my left hand. Thanks in advance.

Thanks lostinnidle but then i am affair its not LisaMei's song. The song was labeled George Winston -Romance but i believe this is one of the asian movies song. but again thanks for reply
