Help! I need advice

Hi,
Does any of you know how I attach, filies - pictures etc inhere. I am trying to attach a jpeg file to my post but I cannot do it.
Please help ;D ;D

upload a photo on photobucket.com or one like that then post the link in the post, it'll bring the ouc into the post.
