I'm not sure about the name, but I think it is somthing like "polyrythmical exercises" =)

... School of velocity... octave finger exercises... and more small etude studies.

Ye, but school of velocity doesn't isn't based polyrythmics as much as the book I've heard of, which is only exercises in polyrithmichs
