I'M SO LUCKY TODAY!!!

I won a car from a raffle!!! I NEVER win raffles!!! Today is my lucky day!!!

right now it's pretty useless because I can't drive yet... so what should I do with it?

Sell it. If you start learning to drive now, first, it'll take a while and the car won't be much use until you've passed your driving test, and second, when you're new to driving you should be behind the wheel of something old and cheap because you're going to put a few scratches on it. If you just hang on to the new car until you're ready for it, it will go rusty and lose value sitting around.

Yes.  Sell it.  It's free money, except for all the taxes that have to come out of it (that's taking money away from you for a free gift).  In two years cars will get better gas mileage, although I think Civics get good mileage anyway.  Probably even better in two years though.

Or pack it away for two years if you can.  If it's moved around you have to pay insurance and the license plate and the maintaince, etc.
