;)Thank you Allthumbs. Those are the ones I did find on the Blog. I like those. I was looking some others maybe Barcarolle or studies. Remy put the blog on another request. This was the first I've heard of this composer. I can'nt find him on imslp. It seems he has a lot of other stuff. His music is very beautiful and credits are extensive. I hope to know more.

Alfredo D'Asdia's music is very beautiful indeed. Any suggestions to find the music sheet for the Barcarola. It sounds very easy to play, yet very delicate and touching.

I'm hoping that our British friend is going to get sick of vacationing in those cold, wet, and windy islands off the coast of Scotland and decide that the sunny clime of Sicily would really hit the spot.

Besides, who knows how many rare Romantic piano concertos are lost in the dusty stacks of the Palermo Library.

D'Asdia may even have written one.

 ;)

I have enough trouble with dusty romantic piano concertos laying around in British Libraries.

I have started to irritate some American and Danish Libraries with my never ending requests and the Danish Library give them to you for nothing.

WOW..This is begining to sound like my own Romance. Only it's not just covered in dust. It's probably covered over with dirt. Thanks for the interest guys. Thal you probably know how it is. We have'nt always had to look for just a dusty old romance piece.

Hi all,

I am the great grandson of Alfredo D'Asdia, the one who also made his blog. I have some more pieces, but unfortunately they are not the piano pieces you find in the blog. In all cases, as soon as I have some time, I will scan and upload more music sheets. At the moment they are in Palermo, and I am in Cambridge. Give it some time, be patient, please!!!!

Hey...I was first and I started this request. Ermano it is so great to here from you after all this time. I assure you your Great Grand Fathers work will be greatly respected by me. I have continued to look at his website hoping more pieces had been added. Some of the others are even much better and those are great. If it also makes it easier to to post directly to my emal. Here it is.
