I'm seeking to buy a piano from the craiglist in tucson. What piano would be best? I think that 400 or 300 dollars is the most i could pay maybe 500 if it was wort it.

Go and try it out.  A lot of people just want the piano hauled away.

Find a music store and say you're shopping for a piano (which is true).  But you can try out the store models and get a feel for them.

you can definitely get decent pianos for free on craigslist for free. Not good ones but okay ones. If you are short on cash, you should just go to the free item section and just get it for free

wow, everelevate. I just checked right now and I found a free piano in tucson lol. But it wasn't in the free section for some reason....
