Name of this song??

Hey, I have been listening to chopin performances on youtube for the past couple years, and one piece popped into my head, but i can't remember the name.  I tried playing it on the piano and recorded it (its attached to this post) so it is jerky at times, and i dont even know if it is played correctly.  I have never even played the piece, so yea.
