I need help in aural theory please...

Translate these scale steps into pitches...
In Cmajor it's F# right
in G major is it C#? what about F# major and Ab major, A, E, B?
also in Minor keys, how why is it that in a minor it's c#, D#, F# and G#? do i have to raise it on a half step only?

You mean Fi, a raised 4th?
