Can you be more specific? Do you mean adds, like C7, or how to play many chords in a short time?

Practice the chords with a slight forward motion of the upper arm, and taking care to keep the knuckles from collapsing inwards.

When seeking advice, the single most important thing one can do is to define his intent.  This was obviously not the case here.  "How to practice chords" can have multiple interpretations and without that definition responses will be tossed into the heap and soon you'll have a large pile to sort through.  Fear not, though, because someone will help you by setting ablaze that pile and you'll have nothing left but to figure it out for yourself.

1.  Try to make all the notes in each chord sound together at exactly the same time.

2.   If you are an early beginner, you may need to strengthen your weaker fingers and get the fingers used to the gaps between the notes.   To do this you should practice Arpeggios.  This will also help you to learn the commonest shapes of chords.

Practice Chopin Prelude no.9 in E major.  Transpose to all keys.

One technique for practicing is to try gripping the chord as your playing it. In performance, I assume a more relaxed hand position.
