Composers competition?

does anyone know of any composing competitions in the u.k?? which is for 18yr olds +? or any websites where u can post them and get credit for them?

I know the program Sibelius has a composers competition (see their website) but i don't know if it is for 18 +

I think the closing date for this year may have passed so you might have to try out for next year

yeh its under 18's :( thats the only one ive heard of too!
