half time?

just a quick question. I assume half time practice means if goal is 120 on the met, 60?

Yes, but you could also keep the metronome speed the same and give one beat to the 1/8th note.

ok. got it. half the speed of your goal or performance speed. Man, that is really slow. Alot of people practice regularly at this speed. What i've noticed is that once one can play at this speed, i think you must go faster as it requires different elements, requirments. At half speed your eyes are doing one thing, but at performance speed, seems it may be different. Just my opinion.
