In an old thread on easy piano pieces, Yvonne Adair's 'Sketches from Hans Andersen' is mentioned as a good source.  Unfortunately, I can't find this, ANYWHERE.  It's nowhere to be found, even in used book websites like abebooks.  Has anyone got a clue as to where I could find this out-of-print treasure?
