Comments about Sonata 17 (The Tempest), opus 31 no 2?

I saw Kit Armstrong play:
"Sonata 17 (The Tempest), opus 31 no 2"

&feature=related

It doesn't seem like a hard song but it requires a lot of feeling in order to play it.

Any comments on this song?  Is it easy is it hard?  What is required to make it sound good?
