Recording of Orchestra to play along with
on: January 06, 2009, 02:46:05 AM
I was at a piano store a while ago and the guy brought up something about recordings availible where orchestra part of a peice is played but the piano left out- so you could play along
(i.e., a piano concerto)
Does anyone know of any recordings like this, especially free ones?
Hopefully this post made sense

Yes, I have one of Beethoven's 1st Piano Concerto, given to me as a gift from my teacher at my senior recital. It's called "Music Minus One".

Thanks for the link, I'm going to have to save up for one
Hopefully they will add to their selection, I would like to see more Mozart concertos.
