What do you think about him? I know he didn't play very much classical music but he definitely wasn't too shabby...
Also if anybody hasn't seen his Beethoven Sonata Parody check this out:

Listened to some of his jazz things and I admit he got the
chops
, but it sounded rather mainstream. He worked with Kenny G, that says it all.
The beethoven stunt is fun though.

He was a great jazz pianist!
Love the muppets shoq with animal on drums!
I wish I could find the 'concerto' series he did a while back - had a number of big names come in and discuss a few concertos and perform them with Tilson Thomas.
