Shostakovich Symphonies
on: February 20, 2009, 04:25:55 AM
I recollect reading that Shostakovich would occasionally play movements from some of his symphonies at the piano, e.g. the adagio from #5. Also there is https://rateyourmusic.com/release/album/dmitri_shostakovich/symphony_no__10__arrangement_for_piano_duet__shostakovich_vainberg_/ . Any short movements from such scores would be most welcome.
