Best to pick it out by ear and arrange it yourself. If you buy sheets, try to buy them within EU or youŽll have to pay taxes.

One of those tunes was turned into a hymn.  Check through some hymnbooks.   
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

I think Hal Leonard has that.  Probably for various instrumnets, although I'm not sure about a violin solo with piano accompaniment.
