Best to pick it out by ear and arrange it yourself. If you buy sheets, try to buy them within EU or you´ll have to pay taxes.

One of those tunes was turned into a hymn.  Check through some hymnbooks.   
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

I think Hal Leonard has that.  Probably for various instrumnets, although I'm not sure about a violin solo with piano accompaniment.
