Unfortunately, I do not know this song, and I had to ask my mom and aunt. The English version goes, "I was poorly born on top of the mountain..." and somehow ends up with a "broken guitar"... But I believe it is a Filipino song, since the one played in the encore is the Carinosa. Even the English title would do. It is too bad I do not know this music.  :(
