My mother remarked today that my being on the computer for long ours would be bad for my posture. Until a while ago, I wouldn't have cared less, but maybe I should think of its effect on my piano. I have a poor posture to begin with, a slight hunchback, and I don't know how my hands should be moving on a computer keyboard. My computer is a laptop, the keys are very light. I notice that recently, I've been putting in accents and legato as I type, which is weird.  :-\

I try to be in a proper sitting position on the computer, but this changes in half an hour, and I would likely be either hunched or lying on the floor bed. Hmmmm. I don't know if many people here sleep on the floor, or have the computer right on the bed... Does anyone have suggestions as to how I should get on the computer and type? And how long I should be around in this forum and chat?

Get an ergonomic chair.  Before I got one sitting at the computer for long hours was a pain.  I used to bring my laptop to bed on occasion but I've stoped doing that.  Not so good for my back.
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach
