Advise on a song

I would really like to learn the song ''winter wind'' etude 25 no 11 by choppin but i think its to hard.  I prefer songs in minor over major and i like a fast flow to it. Do you have any recommendations, I'm guessing around the 4 5 6 range in levels. 5 would be best.  And if you have played the song winter wind could you say how hard it is.
