well you didn't give much to go on...but to be semi-non-traditional, I vote "Audrey" by Dave Brubeck. It's the opening track on "Brubeck Time," and was composed to sound like "Audrey Hepburn walking through the woods."
technically not very challenging at all, maybe grade 4 or so. much more difficult would be "Strange Meadow Lark," the 2nd track on "Time Out." probably grade 7.
try some beatles transcriptions if you want--everyone loves "yesterday," and it's not that hard or long. (grade 5?)
more traditional choices: beethoven pathetique mvt 2 (grade 6-ish), debussy clair de lune (grade 7) or girl with flaxen hair (6), or macdowell to a wild rose (4-5).
people will probably argue about my grading--I made them up based on how hard they are for me.
