I REALLY NEED HELP/PLEASE

Hey guys this is a long post cause im New=)


,Im new to this forum and very new to playing the piano so Hey. I just got a keyboard piano(i think its called that) and its a protech one. It doesnt have that many key things( the white and black things) and theres no letter on top of em , theres no c , d , etc. Also, the keyboard has like 99 other instruments it can do, like it can make like a trumpet sound, electric piano, grand piano, bright piano etc...Here are my questions.  I was wondering how the hell do i start? Like i went to learn atleast half of the mad world song by Gary Jules? What should i pick bright piano or grand piano or electric piano? Should i make it timbre,vibrate,sustain? what!? Can someone help me. SHould i take a picture and send it to you guys? And theres no lettering so what am i sousope to do??? Ty please help me someone

Hey fella, you're obviously connected to the internet - so USE IT! It's full of piano learning videos, instructional websites, sites selling books/CDs/videos on the subject, adverts from piano teachers..... 2 minutes on Google will give you hundreds of hints. Come back when you've done that.

If your keyboard is all that, maybe it has a teaching/ demo option? I got one with keys that light up and 99 pieces in it. Not how I learned piano, but it's a start. If you don't have those you can figure out a simple song by ear, like Jingle Bells. Get a chord chart and familiarize yourself with those. Can you read music? You should at least know how to read a melody RH + chords LH to play songs.

hi, there is an excellent website called www.musicroom.com they have a huge number piano/keyboard instruction books, have a browse through and see what you can find, maybe have a couple of lessons with a good teacher to get you going, but whatever you do dont panic, just enjoy playing!
