I am not the one to tell "Thal" what to do, of course. However I can say that if I chose to embark on a writing spree, I would prefer to write on something a little more important. I do enjoy the forum and appreciate all that it offers. Our "Thal" may enjoy it a little too much however.

Thal does enjoy the forum and I have met him in chat room  a few times since I joined PS, and he is a great guy, you know.  I like his sense of humor throughout the threads in which adds some spice into our daily routine.

Whoo-whoo.   What a party that was for your 10000 posts.  What a hangover.  I don't feel like coming out of my bed for the next 30 hours.  Thanks a lot, Thal.  You were a great guest.  You got totally drunk and maintained composure, that's admirable, a real gentleman.   And when Niels blew some Sorabji on his kazoo and how Ahinton and you started walzing to that... it simply brought tears to my eyes.   We witnessed that - even if two people do not agree in everything their hearts can be filled with - as brief as it may have been - mutual love.

I sometimes get the urge to get people to experiment with the forgotten romantics, but it would be a thankless task.
