Anyone tried IE8?

What's new about it?  Is it worth switching up from IE7?

Haven't tried IE8.  Left IE as soon as I discovered Firefox.

So what has IE been up to lately?

The only thing IE is useful for is downloading Firefox, and maybe Google Chrome.

Might download it in the future just to check it out, I'm sure Firefox contains all the revolutionary technology and whatever long before IE8 did though. Firefox=win

One new addition to IE8 is the compatibility view that is supposed to reformat websites designed for older browsers for better viewing.

I'd rather listen to it than use it. I used it once and didn't care for it. I like Firefox much more. Then again, though, anything is better than IE.

Just upgraded after several notices from M'soft. It's a little cumbersome to use compared to Firefox but it does have a couple of video players inbedded that would need to be installed in Firefox. For example, TV episodes from TNT that require an extra player in FF play right off in IE8.

I don't see that much difference between any of them.
