Who here wants java back?
on: May 30, 2009, 03:29:49 PM
Seriously... javacisnotrecognized, he's been mean a lot in the chat and got banned (indeed I was one of the complainants) but he also contributed a bit to the forum discussions. I'm not so sure, but maybe it's about time he got back... Chat's pretty dead anyway... Perhaps there could be an option to have him in the forum but not in chat? Is that possible?

I think those that have known java will recall his behavior in chat, but nevertheless, his posts has been worthwhile in the forum.  I think he has learned to behave in chat since the last time he visited here(with another user name) and he has been busy though.  Yes, I would not mind having java return, that is, IF he WANTS to return.  Hummmm.....

best wishes,

I don't mind. He was a right pain in the you-know-where (not neck!) sometimes but I had a couple of good discussions and his posts in forum are mostly substantive.

I am screaming to have java BACK because I KNOW he would never  do such as thing as giannalinda did with my profile picture, he would kick her out of here for me!  That's for sure!
I would rather have giannalinda banned and have java unbanned.....now, who is the better member?   hummmm??

Now, now... this is about java, not Abbey. But then, some members here are indeed more obnoxious than java... which is kinda helping the point of the thread, really.

I will save Retrovaillies the time and say "he has not contributed to anything musical, just starting arguments in non-piano conversations".

ok so i talked to java today, and im supposed to say he's great and we all want him back, but (and im sure he'll deny it and destroy me) he told me he just wants to check pm's before he disappears forever
here is my proof: i had to change his screen name but yea
Javasays:
I want the personal messages back
if you can help me get unbanned to get htem
 that's a good thing
I don't plan to start posting again on PS
I would just make on epost like
"Thanks, I'm so glad to be back, hi everyone"
 and then dissapear forever

and he blackmailed me but i cant show you what that was about. so i do not think he should be unbanned. he's still my friend and i love him but i dont think its worth the drama he'd create, this board is about piano and although he had some good insight he was a butthole also

Oh well, isn't that just peachy!  He wants to come back and then take off?  hummmm...
It's time to reconsider folks....And oh, *blackmailing* over the Internet to me, is a no-no.

best wishes,

Wow, I'm glad to see you're back and acting tough lately... BUT ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Letting him blackmail you?? And not even stopping to think, he is actually being missed by some around here, and I was supposed to coax him to come back for good, but great, now you've ruined it! (Or maybe you're trying to piss me off on purpose?)

Sorry, I've also considered it and I still want him back. I will talk to him about what you said, and I hope that by then, he hasn't done anything to you yet.

Why fret over a member who is clearly sick of this place when you can cherish the members that are here? Oh, and I agree with the previous post.

There are a lot of existing members, yes, but not all are active and friendly. Well duh, if you think the internet isn't serious business, then you don't care about this forum dying either. Even chat is dead. I would much rather be throwing curses at javacisnotrecognized in chat than nothing. Same for skepto, he pisses off some people, but adds interest to the forums.

I understand why people don't want these guys back, but why is that such a big deal? I just realized one day, people aren't perfect, and there are a lot more jerks in real life and I should get used to it and live with it. Besides, I'd choose to be with an intelligent a**hole over a stupid spammer any day.

People always want what they don't have. When he was here we were all complaining against his behavior and now that he's gone you want him back.

It's not a big deal. He didn't respect the forum rules, got banned, end of the story.

Besides, I'd choose to be with an intelligent a**hole over a stupid spammer any day.
I'd rather neither of them, but what I or you would rather does not make the forum rules nor it justifies his attitude.

Needless to say that java didn't take the internet seriously, that's why he's not here and it's no one's fault except his own, so maybe you're complaining to the wrong people.
